Tour Of Babble explores the various levels on which we are manipulated by outside forces.  The story concerns three mysterious figures who need to manipulate two human characters whom they have created in order to progress themselves.  The task is to fill these human characters with dreams and aspirations which will be fulfilled when they reach the mythical "City on the Mountain".

Clip One  The clown/spirits have lost control and Dutch and Susan have lost their sense of language.  In a hopeless gibberish he describes what he knows is on top of the mountain and his passion draws the clown/spirits into his fantasy.
